Daily, both call centres: Call answered in 30 min!
Why is it that both Business (10217) and Home (10210) call centres constantly have a \Your call will be answered in 30 minutes"???<br> <br> It does not matter at what time of the day you call!! This is unacceptable to wait so long at any given time it is always at least half an hour!!<br> <br> And you want to attract new customers to this shocking service??"""
