i am so discusted with Telkom at the point of them debiting my account without my permission on a date they never confirmed with me cause if their collections department had tried to actually see my contract which stipulates my payment date they would never go into my account and then decide to debit and also charge me for a returned debit order x 3.... i will take it up with my attorney.
