CYBER TRADE

Got an account with Telkom CYBERTRADE debited account since September. NO ONE AT TELKOM CAN HELP TO GET THE ACCOUNT CREDITED OR TO CANCEL THE CYBERTRADE. Did send in e-mail to CYBER TRADE e-mail does not exist. Want to cancel the CYBER TRADE on the account and to be credited TELKOM is holding the Business e-mail saying the account for CYBER is not paid. Got the account with TELKOM for 8 years now. We did not apply for the CYBER TRADE nobody can cancel the account we did not send in any e-mail to apply for the CYBER TRADE. THEY HAVE TO CONTACT US ON OUR E-MAIL URGENT PLEASE
