Cyber Monday Special

On 27 November, I took advantage of the Cyber Monday special for 20GB+LTE Router. I app**** online as per requirements. I was promised a call within 48 hours to finalise the contract. I did a follow up and my order was nowhere to be found on the system and my follow up was escalated, however to this day I haven't heard anything from Telkom.
