Cut our line but no service!

We have been without service for 3 weeks. Yet we still have to pay for the month. They promised us credit so we did not pay as we did not receive service. Now they had the audacity to cut our line off for non payment. We have to wait for the line to be fixed but they wont wait for payment not due to them. Does not make sense. Pathetic
