Cut my services for their mistake

Because telkom failed to take their debit order last month, they have cut both cellphones without warning. Had you warned me I would have paid immediately. I have made payment but cannot be given immediate reinstatement of services. This is not my fault. It’s not my job to chase you for your debit order. Reinstate my services
