Customer services at it worst

I ordered a Samsung A53 5g galaxy on the 26th of April 2023 at the Sandton city branch because they did not have stock when I got to the store. They processed my application and i agreed and signed everything . The consultant then told me she is placing an order and would contact me within 7days. I was only contacted on the 13th of May, being told the device is in stock but only in a black color and was ready for collection. I accepted and let the know i would be in the area on Monday the 15th of May and she promised to keep the device. I visited the branch on Monday the 15th as i had said only to be told there is no stock as the device was sold to someone else and that they would contact me again when there is stock😡😡😡😡 what a great customer service i have received ,considering that i had to drive all the way from Pretoria .What a wow
