Customer Service Surprise

This review is not so much about Telkom as a company but to give a well deserved compliment to one of their Customer Care supervisors - Nomazulu Mpofu. Even though my concern with my account has not fully been resolved, I am confident after dealing with Noma (since 16 March) that it will be. The level of service and commitment she shows is wonderful to behold in this day and age. She truly is committed to Customer Service - seeing it not as just a job, but as a vocation. So Noma, thank you very much. Telkom is fortunate to have you as a staff member.
