Customer service stinks!!

Telkom mobiles customer service is useless and pathetic! Iv phoned in 3 times in the past 3 months each month to change my billing details and it still hasnt been changed!! Each month they told its sorted out but the debit order still doesnt go off! Im sick of telkom mobile! Each month must phone in and query as too why it didnt go off!? I better get a response soon
