Customer service replaced with recorded message and useless self service. Can't speak to anyone
Can't reach customer service on 081 180 as it's been replaced with a useless recorded message about using self service on Whatsapp which just cuts the call when finished without letting me speak to anyone. I need to speak to a person about my bad network where internet connection stops working or is so unusably slow.

27 May 2023, 12:10Managed to speak to someone by going through retentions to redirect me to general customer service but I was placed on hold while the representative checked something for me but after waiting a while the call was cut where I was given a survey. Please can someone help me?

The gentleman was supposed to phone me back 2 or 3 days ago to recheck if my issue was fixed but they haven't called back.

I can't get past the recorded message telling me to use self service on Whatsapp after pressing 1 this number, 1 English then It sends me an unsolicited sms (which I block and report as spam) to download and use WhatsApp self service. Please can I have a direct number to phone customer service directly.
