Customer Service Related

I've been okay with Telkom thus far, but two consultants today just cut the call on me. Noxolo Dlamini atleast spoke me and answered some of my questions before putting me on hold, which she did advise me of then the line "dropped out"

Called again to try resume convo to see where Noxolo last left off, spoke to Nhlakanipho Msomi/Mswami and he just gave me his name then popped me on hold without informing me he would, then disappeared for 5min til I dropped after losing hope in him. Now I fear I might not get a resolution after the type of customer service I'm receiving
