Customer Service - Potential customer

<p>So I went to Vaal Mall to purchase an internet starter with 3g mifi router 12g which costs R649 once off as per the details online. I cannot order online I must get in store hence I went to vaal mall, the guy assisting me says he cannot find it on his system what he can find costs 849 not 649, I even went on the website to show him. I the called telkom and the lady assisting me placed me onhold till I ran out of airtime.</p>
