Customer service not available

I requested airtime advance of R13 but only made 1 call for a few seconds and the R12.77 but when I make calls it says insufficient airtime. When calling tha contact center it redirects me to WhatsApp and cut the call. WhatsApp is not helpful the service is poor I even regret staying with the Telkom after my contact was done
