Customer Service non existent

<p>We have had internet or the lack of internet problems for the last 3 to 4 years. We are billed monthly make no mistake but have no service. Been 2 weeks now lodged complaint on 30.11.2016 and no feedback other than complaint with cable department. My lNdline number is ********** 135. So over Telkom and their NO customer service </p>
