Customer service non existant

This is the worst company when it comes to customer service. There simply isnt any customer service! I have been trying to cancel my account with them since December since i have relocated to a place where there's no reception. Every time I call they say they will escalate the matter to a higher authority. Every time i have asked for the higer authority to call me personally but my efforts seem to be in vain. Telkom also charged me for cancelation for the same contract (which hasn't been reversed) before i relocated as a mistake on their side. Im assuming another customer wanted to cancell as well and gave them the wrong number. I also tried to get help from their Facebook site where i was promised a person would call me back asap. Every time the case nr changes as well the last one was on 2nd of July" Your query will be attended to. Your case number is ***4" and yes you guessed it they still haven't called me or resolved this matter.

I regret doing business whith this kind of company and would advise everyone who consider doing business with them not to! After all of this they keep debiting my account every month as im paying for a service that's non existant because i cant use the data im provided with there just isn't any reception!
