Customer service needs retraining

Telkom customer service is so useless, they cant understand simple English. The point i have reached is to just let telkom keep the money instead of phoning and speaking to them. Telkom cancels my prime but yet I get charged 2 months after that. What pathetic service, I wish I could cancel my 6 contracts right now and move to a different provider cause wow.
