Customer service issues telkom mobile hatfield.

I went to telkom mobile store in hatfield plaza and I must say the experience was awful.

Firstly the staff members were very slow and talking to one another. The was no one on the floor to advice customers if the was any delays with the system. The staff members were as if they wanted to see who will assist the next cusomers first , the que was not concerning to them. I waited alsmost an hour in the que for an sim swap. The was a lack of team work amoungs the staff members. The was also a lack of leadership visible, as on of the staff members went to the bathroom and left the que standing. Even when she came back , she went staright yo the back, where she had to be hauled back to come and assist the que.
