Customer service is TERRIBLE - EVEN FOR NEW SALES

<p>I have now writtetn to Telkom in over 7 different places asking for my accoun to be migrated to a more expensiove package.</p> <p>I have put in about 5 "call me backs" on the website - NOBODY CALLS YOU EVER SO DON'T BOTHER USING THIS FEATURE</p> <p><br />You would think that Telkom would want new sales??</p> <p><br />I even spoke to Sbu in Mobile who promised to call me back last weke to migrate my account but NOTHING.<br /><br />I have tried calling, I have tired emailing - NOTHING - NO REPOSONSE</p> <p>!!!
