customer service is pathetic!!!

i am so extremely frustrated and just feed up with Telkom first i was told that i do not qualify for a contract, then my account is debited for an amount of R136.00 and then i dont receive any kind of notification of any sort to say what happened. i have been trying to call the sales department o 10213 for 2 days now sine my account was debited and i have gotten no response i was on hold for 45mins today waiting for help and i got nothing. this is really not fair to be treating customers this way and i put a compliant up last week about this and i didnt receive a response from their customer service yet.
