Customer service is absolute *******

I have app**** for a phone contract and its been nearly 5 days with no response. Your call centre agent never answer the phones and the in store customer service is *******. This is honestly not what I expected from you. Please get your company together. Your cheaper data can only carry you so far. Please respond to FB messages and posts. Just do something to help!! Honest the DTI should look into Telkoms services.
