Customer Service is a necessity

i recently visited the Telkom store in Lakeside mall (Benoni) and was really impressed with the new set up however i was disappointed to see that the customer service has not improved with the look of the store, instead it seems to gone from bad to worse. this is the first time im reporting but not the first incident i had with regard to bad customer service at this store.<br> <br> i seen a phone which i wanted to take out a contract on and because there was no one there to assist i approached a lady at the desk who was not serving anyone just to enquire as to what documents i needed to take out for the contract but the lady was persistent that i need to wait in the Que (i find this unreasonable as i refuse to wait minimum 10 minutes for something that a sales person on the floor should explain in 30 seconds) ,furthermore in the time she spent arguing with me she could have just told me what i needed and not wasted both of our time. the stuff is very rude and one lady kept SCREAMING t and c to the gentlemen at the other counter who was just enquiring with regard to a special. i URGE you to check the Cameras in the shop and monitor the unsatisfactory customer service by the employees
