Customer service is a joke

Worst service ever, try calling them and if you can get anyone to help you with your account you will be the first person to get it right. Called numerous times to sort out my business account that we are paying for a router out of contract, they are charging for internet twice calling it different names, and there’s somehow charger for other services multiple times a day for +/- R5 a time to the value of R700 on a business account? After multiple calls now I have to wait 7 days after logging a dispute for someone to call back. Stay away from Telkom it’s a circus and there is no customer service/support
