Customer service is a joke

I have logged a case with telkom about 4 weeks ago with regards to the service in my area. The signal strength is so bad i had to drive away from my house to log the case. till this day i am yet to recieve a call from any one at telkom advising when this will be sorted. the only thing the call center people can do is appologies. And to be honest it was fine the first week and the second week and even the third week, now it is lame. i can no longer accept just an appologies. All im waiting for now is a telkom rep to comment and tell me how sorry they are. i want the issue resolved i do not want further appoligies. i physically went to telkom store and all they could do is log another case. this is beyond pathetic. what i would like to now know since i am not getting help from telkom, how do i get out of this contract. Any one know how to leave telkom with no comeback issues besides there cancelation process with takes over 21 days im told? i would much rather spend my money elsewhere other than this company at this point.
