Customer service is a joke

This is now the seciond post on Hellopeter, in addition to over 5 posts on Facebook and 30 phonecalls! My line is STILL BROKEN. Every conusltant tells me how they have escelated and assigned a t echnician, and they DO NOTHING! today I called for the 30th time and spoke to someone called Stewla Mdoda who left me on hold for 15 minutes waiting to speak to a supervisor. They gave all excuses as to why I cant speak to a supervisor, and then cut me off. They also told me, that the dont know what I am talking about, this has never been escalated. I am FED UP!!!!! Ive have lost alot of money over this, and its going to the media...
