Customer service is a disgrace !!!!
Customer Service at Telkom is useless, had a billing query and reference number, still cant get the problem sorted, they don't give feedback, you have to hold 20 minutes to get to speak to a consultant and than to get told there systems are offline call back later !!!! Ref no **********
