Customer service for Telkom Midrand Boulder Mall Kiosk

I'm so disappointed with the service i received from the Telkom kiosk in boulders mall yesterday. The consultants did not pay attention other consumers including myself. They were so unprofessional and inconsiderate. It's one thing to tell consumers that you are busy with another consumer and as soon as you are finish you will attend to the next consumer. I mean is that so hard to do. They need to make an effort on their customer service. It's so poor shame......
