Customer Service

Horrible service!! I have called in twice to customer service first time I spoke to neyo, neyo from telkom customer service advised me that I will receive a call back to sort out my problem, four days pass no call back I than call back myself this time speak to Sindisiwe, who also tells me no someone is going to call me back, for some reason there are just never managers available or at work, I am still waiting and in the mean time my problem is still not fixed!!!
