I received excellent service from Earl at Telkom in Parow, Sanlam Center. Usually when you walk into certain Telkom stores, it looks like no one wants to help you. Or like you’re inconveniencing their day, but that’s not the service we received from the staff at this Telkom store. So well done to you Earl & your colleagues. Keep up the great work, serving clients with a smile. Thanks for accommodating me in my wheelchair! I hope your manager sees this & you get recognised for your superb attitude & customer service excellence.
