Customer service doesn't axist at telkom it is exactly like taxi industry

I'm very disappointed, I will not recommend telkom Mall@Reds to anyone they treated me like nobody they treat people according to class, worse service I've ever experienced in my life, they forced me to take an insurance which I never wanted. I'm still going to voice my bad experience to any platform I get, I am so ****ed even to date. I went to the store in the morning to upgrade my package everything went well I signed all that I needed to do, they then told me I can't get the phone at that time because there were big bossee from head office, I was told they will call me to come get it at around 17h00 wen that time came no one called me I had to go there they kept lying I had to fight and make calls using my phone to speak to Joseph the so called area manager the store manager Amanda was no were to be found she never wanted to speak me or at least assist and explain the situation worse store manager ever irresponsible poor leadership (14 May 2024)
