Customer Service & Debit Order Date

<p>Good Morning,</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can someone assist.</p> <p> </p> <p>I checked my bank account this weekend and saw that Telkom tried to deduct R 607.50 out of my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>I tried calling customer service but no luck.</p> <p> </p> <p>I tried this morning again and came through to a consultant who then stated that my debit order has been moved to the 15th of the month and that there is a extra R100 and something that needs to be paid etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I enquired about the above the lady put down the phone in my ear.</p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly, I am a Telkom customer in need of assistance, you do not hang up on a customer no matter what. This is poor customer service from your side. Secondly, I would really like to know WHO changed my debit order date as it sure as hell was not me. I pay on the very last day of each month. Please cancel the debit order going off on the 15th as it is causing my bank account to go into a minus and accumulate bank charges, which Telkom is not going to refund me for. Thirdly, what is the R100 and something the consultant was referring to because as far as my knowledge is concerned, My account is up to date.</p> <p> </p> <p>I also sent an email ********** and up until today (25/10/2016) there has been no feedback since 17/10/2016. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please advise urgently as this is really confusing and frustrating.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindest Regards,</p>
