Please note that it I am having a difficulty resolving a case with your customer service team for months now,the most recent call I was kept on hold for a full hour and 30minutes before I decided to hang up as it looks like I am unable to receive help. (I am considering migrating my contract to another network provider at this point).Do better Telkom
