Customer service

entered the Telkom Middelburg Mall at 17.45 to do a Sim swap, was told by Moses and Dumisane that I can't be helped, they have already cashed up, trading hours indicate 9:00-18:00, they showed no empathy at all and was told that it is their daily practice, I found this behavior unacceptable,, and appalling, these kids are looking for jobs once they get them it is the opposite behavior, no customer service at all, I had to leave without service, I am very unhappy about this company
