Customer service at telkom is disgusting!

This company is disgusting! I have someone else who is on my account and the lady who called me today puts the phone down in my ear while I'm still explaining to her that it's not my details that's appearing on my app. She states the number on my account is mine. How dare these people speak and treat paying customers like this. It's unbelievable. DON'T USE Telkom! EVER!! I will not pay this company and I think everyone who has had a bad experience with them and being bills for other people must sue them! This is unacceptable!!
