CUSTOMER SERVICE AT TELKOM IS APALLING
Once again... Telkom gets telesales callers to contact us ., change the customer webmail portal and offer NO support or access to support to access said webamail One can wait for online chat for ages with no assistance. The callcentre is equally slow YET!!! they seem to be able to change accounts and get tele salepeople to contact us but offer no access to them.
It is always a nightmare trying to get simple service from this company
One has to wonder if this is worth the trouble given that there are so many alternative options available ..... Diane
