Customer service at its poorest

<p>i've experienced many cases of poor service, but Telkom mobile takes the cake. I've tried calling these people merely to track an order that i had placed. for two days i've been trying to call and never once have i been assisted. on each occasion i held on until i couldnt hold on any longer. i cant even get through to them to cancel my accounts. i dont understand how a business can be run like this. i dont even have faith that this will assist but i'm out of options.</p>
