Customer Service and Internet coverage

<p>I would like to point out that, telkom is not the best ISP when I comes to customer servive. Where I live, they said there's coverage, well it's not true, as result internet speed and availabily is horrible. For the past 3 months I have pointed this out to them, on multiple occasions tried to terminate the contract and I've been told my case(s), yes multipe cases are being attended to, they claim to have called me back, and said they'll send a technitian, on 3 or more times and nothing. I have switched off the wifi, don't it use anymore now, cause I am paying for a service I am not using, as they(Telkom) prolong the cancelation, continue to debit from my account.</p>
