Customer Service Agents (I BLAME THE MANAGER)
Bought a 100 rand recharge voucher from Checkers 30/01/2016,got home tried to load it but it refused to load. I called Tekoms contact center Time 15:21pm spoke to a Customer service agent explained what I needed assistance with well she didn't not have a clue as she kept asking me for a 151 Voucher Number, the only voucher number on the recharge voucher starts with 121 I asked her to escalate the call to her manager but instead she decided to hang up the phone.

I called back 15:25pm and this time I spoke to a lady called Nozipho Khoza she too had no clue about the as she kept referring to a 151 voucher number also stating that a voucher number starting with 121 is a landline voucher never mind the fact that my slip clearly says 8TA.Frustrated by the lack of product knowledge I asked her(Nozipho) to escalate the call to her manager Thando Sishi however Thando claimed to be busy on another call nonetheless Nozipho took the voucher number and what do you know the airtime was loaded.

I blame the manager Thando Sishi for not providing her team with proper training and she needs to be told. Instead of customers taking out their frustrations on the customer service agents.
