Good Day. I am disappointed with the service I have received from Telkom. ***** was done on my account where 2 Hauwei Y7 cellphones were taken and a WiFi router. I have spoken to Telkom on numerous occassions about the matter and a case was logged on the 07th September 2020. I was given a time frame as to when i would be contacted and to my surprise it is past the turn around time and my case hasn't even been allocated to an agent. I need a call from Telkom on *** regarding case number ***8.
