Customer service

<p>Our telephone and internet lines have been down from the 27 December. We have logged a complaint with Telkom, and to date no one has responsed. We have called the call centre several times, and the matter has been escalated howeve to date the problem still remains unrectified.</p> <p>This is terrible customer service!!</p>
