You dont have to look far to realise why you are batling and having to retrench people. Your customer service sucks big time. He did help me but I think his attitude is not one of customer service to be honnest. You also have finger print scanners that we had to use when doing the sim swap but there was no sanitising wipes and given the crisis this land is in with regards to Carona virus I find it strange that a company such as yours is not doing their part in preventing the spread of this deadly desease. When I made the suggestion to the assistant in your shop, he said that there were wipes but that they were in the back of the shop and then arrogantly said that I could get one if I wanted one. On Friday I then decided to go for a contract that was advertised on the web as a clearance sale. I went for the Samsung Galaxy note 9 with a Freeme 1 Gig advertised at R 499. I got a phone call a bit later by a sales person who then said that I qualified for the deal but that there is no stock of the Galaxy note 9 anymore. Why do you advertise the deals then ? Today the same deal is still advertised on your website. This is false advertising and I demand that you make a plan for me.
