Customer Service

The service provided by Telkom is the worst that i have ever come across. Takes an hour before you can speak to a Consultant, when you eventually get through there is little or no help, A call is logged and you will never receive feedback not unless you do a follow up. It is ********** having to deal with them, and you keep reading on social media and forums about the pathetic services customers receive, and it seems as though nothing is being done about this. I have logged calls, escalated and still havent received any updates.<br> <br> Telkom you provide the worst customer services.
