I had an encounter with Telkom late last month with regards to a Huawei p40 lite that I had ordered from their call centre, it delayed and the was no firm of communication. After I had stated my issue here on this platform my application was processed and my phone was delivered to me. I'm really happy it's exactly how I wanted it to be. Thank you to the person that helped to speed up the process.
