I rushed to get to telkom Tygervalley before closing time which is at 7pm. 9min before closing they locked the door, just before i got there. I stood at the door and they ignored me, I called their direct line and I watched them ignore it. There were 6 telkom agents assisting 3 customers. While waiting another customer came running to the door about 3 minutes to 7. He told them all he needed to do was to drop off documents. They ignored him and he proceeded to make a scene until someone attended to him. I was not prepared to do that. I understand that it was the end of the day and staff are tired and eager to get home but closing time is not conditional as far as I know.
