Customer Service?!

I've been dealing with Telkom on several occasions, the only branch I ever had fantastic service with was Greenstone with Sharon. The rest of your business is pathetic, no customer services, and this is concerning customer service at Alberton branch, No service telephonically or on e-mail complaints. How and where do you find out what to do if your debit order didn't go thru on the day that was selected for payment.? When do they re-submit debit orders? Do I rather go and pay at the branch? Even after this review you know you won't receive a response that is how useless they can be.

Even the account is not user friendly I wonder if they know what is customer service?? When they can do sales they on par, but the rest???????????? useless, unfriendly, unhelpful, you can't help if you don't answer phones, and you get a automatic voice telling you for half an hour that all the consultants are busy, apparently they have so many complaints that is why no one answers as they are so buys, or they have only 1 consultant dealing with all the complaints or account queries??!!!

Useless, pathetic, and we as consumers just have to except this as they have had the same bad service for the last 20 years and it will continue for the next 20 years
