Good moI honestly cannot believe the level of incompetence at Telkom. I paid my account in full back in July, yet they continue to bill me month after month for the same account. To make matters worse, they suspended my account even though I had proof of payment. Ever since then, the invoices they send keep increasing for no reason at all.

I have called the call center multiple times hoping for assistance, but absolutely no one can help. You just get passed around from one consultant to another with no resolution. It feels like they don’t even care about their customers.

Telkom’s service is beyond unacceptable – frustrating, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. I would never recommend them to anyone. Stay far away if you value your time, money, and sanity!
