After having acquired a new service with telkom I experienced endless problems by me misunderstanding the terms of the new product which resulted in high telephone bills.after numerous attempts to rectify the problem I eventually ended up with mr lionel steyn sorting out the whole mess.thumbs up to him for patiently explaining and listening and best of all waivering some of the costs,which left me most satisfied.thank you Telkom I'm a very happy and satisfied customer
