Customer rip-off

<p>I subscribed to Telkom internet since May 2016, to date its not active. Apparently there was a fault on the line, and i phoned several times with followups to get it sorted, all one was escalation of the problem with useless reference numbers. There was a time my account was in arrears, and was advised by Telkom to settle the account without getting any service. The account was paid with no service and everymonth im getting debit orders and no one bothers to check whether the account is in use or not.</p>
