Customer Protection Act not supported by Telkom - Cresta branch

<p>South African, I just want to share with you the shock I got from Telkom - Cresta when I got told that certain items sold within their branch (ie) Telkom are not - "Refundable" even if you were to bring it within 1 day after you checked that the item is not working. The question I have is: "Is Telkom SA aware of CUSTOMER PROTECTION ACT?" And if so, are they practising it? South African, please make sure that when you go to any Telkom SA outlets - ask if they are compliant with the CUSTOME PROTECTION ACT and if so, are they "Refunding items that sold within their premises and brand which are not functioning"</p>
