Telkom customer service consultant Tokelo Madisha is one of the RUDEST MOST ******** consultants I've ever came across accusing me of being manipulative just requesting our telkom statement as well as banking details and reference to make a payment I've also mentioned that I did speak to a previous consultant stating that our banking details changed. This is of URGENT matter that I would like to receive FEEDBACK from TELKOM HEAD OFFICE for the recording between me and Tokelo. We have been Telkom customers for years and this type of service and the way he speaks to clients is UNPROFESSIONAL.
