I would like to extend my sincere appreciation and commendation to two incredible ladies at your Telkom branch in Steeledale, Johannesburg.

What began as a negative experience due to a disappointing interaction with one of the staff members was quickly turned around by the swift and professional intervention of the branch manager, Zanele Zondi. She took over my case, rectified the matter with efficiency, and ensured I felt heard and valued as a customer. She then assigned my case to Mateboho Motsweneg, also known as Portia, and I must say—what an absolute star! From the very beginning, Portia handled my requests with promptness and professionalism. She kept me informed every step of the way, providing almost daily telephonic updates. However, what truly stood out was her warm, friendly, and genuine personality. Meeting her in person solidified my appreciation—she exudes patience, integrity, and a deep passion for excellent customer service. Portia went above and beyond to ensure I received the best possible experience, and I left the branch feeling truly valued and taken care of.
